Bio

You earned four varsity letters on the women’s golf team. You were a three-time All-MIAA selection, earning second team honors in 2003 and first team honors in 2005 and 2006. You were honored as the MIAA Most Valuable Golfer in 2006 after posting an 85.3 stroke average over the four league jamborees. Your best round was a 78 which earned medalist honors at Blackthorn Golf Club in South Bend, Indiana.

Your performance in 2006 helped the Comets win the MIAA Championship and earn Olivet’s first-ever trip to the NCAA Division III Women’s Golf National Championships, where you totaled 334 strokes to tie for 30th in the player standings and Olivet finished ninth in the team standings. The ninth-place performance is the best in school history for the Comet women’s golf program.

Off the golf course, you were a member of the Alpha Lambda Epsilon literary society and Inter-Society Council. You also worked for the Echo, Olivet’s student newspaper.

After graduating from Olivet, you earned a master’s degree from Cornerstone University in 2010. You currently live in Battle Creek, with your husband, Jesse, and two kids, Amelia, and Andrew. You work at Michigan CAT, serving as a service administration supervisor in the product support department.

Olivet honors you and is proud to induct you into The University of Olivet Athletic Hall of Fame on this 20th day of October, 2023.
