MONDAY, AUG. 7 -- written by Emmalee Yates
Today was our last day in Turks and Caicos. We started our day off bright and early. Some girls spent the morning parasailing, while others spent it on the beach. While parasailing we saw the whole island and the variety of blue colors in the ocean. A couple of the girls saw stingrays and sea turtles while in the air.
Some girls had lunch on the beach, while others went back to the villa. In the afternoon we had our final volleyball practice on the island. We had a thrilling match that has us excited for our season in the following weeks.
For dinner, Jill suggested we go to "Tiki Hut" a restaurant in Turtle Cove. The girls decided to dress up for our last night together and enjoy the water close by. After dinner, we all came back to the villa and began packing for our trip home tomorrow. After packing, we enjoyed our last night of bonding with some games.
And that's a wrap for the Turks and cakes crew!
