FRIDAY, AUG. 4 -- written by Brittney Prince
Wow what a day!! Day two in Turks and it was awesome. The team woke up early to head to the beach and catch some sun. While sitting in the water, the waves went from calm to harsh quickly, knocking us all over.
After tanning and playing skip ball in the water, we walked back to the villa to shower so we could go shopping! Our first stop was the shop villa. We shortly realized there were only 6 shops, so we went to the next shopping villa that was down the street. We walked around for a couple hours buying souvenirs and enjoying the weather. We finished shopping early and decided to complete our workout for the day.
After an intense workout, we agreed to get food from Danny's Buoys. We called it "The Pickle Place" because they had a big pickle in the middle of their sign, however; there were no pickles besides the ones on the burgers. Everyone received their food and ate delicious meals. On our way back from dinner we stopped at Giggles for ice cream and enjoyed the rest of our night.
