GOSHEN, Ind. – The Olivet College women's tennis team fell to Goshen (Ind.) College, 8-1, in a non-conference match this afternoon at the John Ingold Athletic Complex in Goshen, Indiana.

The Leafs won all three doubles flights before winning 5-of-6 singles flights for the 8-1 victory.

Junior Sydnie Weller picked-up Olivet's lone win with a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 4 singles.
Freshman Emily Foulk lost a three-set match at No. 6 singles. She needed a win in the tiebreaker to win the first set, 7-6. Her opponent came back to win the second set 6-4 and force a match tiebreaker, which she won 10-2.

Olivet is off until Sunday, Sept. 9, when it plays Holy Cross (Ind.) College. The match will be played at Leeper Park in South Bend and start at noon.
