Olivet College head softball coach James Farnum won his 200th game, as the Comets split a doubleheader today at Adrian College. Olivet won the first game, 5-2, before the Bulldogs salvaged the split by winning game two, 10-3.

Softball: Comets split doubleheader at Saint Mary’s
The Olivet College softball team split a doubleheader against Saint Mary’s today in Notre Dame, Indiana. In the first game, the Belles scored a run in their last at-bat to win the game, 5-4. In the second game, the Comets plated five runs, including the final two on a two-run single by sophomore Jessica Palumbo, in the bottom half of the seventh for a 10-9 win.

The Olivet College softball team hit six home runs to sweep a doubleheader from Albion College today at Dempsey Field in Albion. The Comets hit two homers to win the first game, 12-1, and then roped four more dingers to win game two, 12-0.
