Men’s volleyball team ends season with three-set loss to Adrian
OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College men’s volleyball team ended its season with a three-set loss to Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League (MCVL) foe Adrian College this evening at the Cutler Event Center.

OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College men's volleyball team ended its season with a three-set loss to Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League (MCVL) foe Adrian College this evening at the Cutler Event Center.
Final Score: Adrian defeated Olivet 25-11, 25-10, 25-13

Records: Olivet 3-13 overall, 3-13 MCVL; Adrian 8-8 overall, 8-6 MCVL
- In the first set, the Bulldogs led 2-0 before the Comets tied the set at 2-2. Adrian scored the next point and did not trail for the rest of the set.
- After a 1-1 tie in the second set, the Bulldogs went on a 15-0 run to take control of the set.
- Early in the third set, Olivet had a pair of one-point leads. After the last time at 4-3, Adrian used a 4-0 run to go up 7-4. The Comets did not get any closer for the remainder of the set.
- Freshman Kai Hartman led Olivet with five kills, followed by freshman Deontay Thomas with four.
- Freshman Everett Haynes recorded 11 set assists.
- Sophomore Dakota Galeazzi registered seven digs.
- Chase Heuer posted a match-best 14 kills.
- Tedrick Gula and Tyler Schnaible finished with seven kills apiece.
- Andrew Gawrisch dished out 35 set assists.
- Gula had a match-best eight digs.
