OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College men's soccer team battled to a 2-2 double overtime draw against Alma College today at the Cutler Athletic Complex in Olivet.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Sophomore Courtney Skerritt scored the first Comet goal in the seventh minute. Junior David Magallon was credited with an assist on the goal.
  • Olivet stretched its lead to 2-0 on freshman Joshua Rosendale's first collegiate goal in the 30th minute.
  • The score remained 2-0 at halftime.
  • The Scots netted a pair of second-half goals, including the game-tying goal with 4:26 left in the game.
  • Only one shot for either team was put on-goal in the overtime periods.
