ALBION, Mich. – The Olivet College men's basketball team lost 100-81 to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) rival Albion College today at Kresge Gymnasium in Albion.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Britons led by as many as 14 points twice in the first half. The Comets battled back and trimmed their deficit in half on three occasions, with the last time being 40-33. Albion scored seven of the final nine points of the half to take a 47-35 lead into the locker room at the break.
- The closest Olivet would get in the second half was seven points on two occasions. The last time was 68-61 at the 9:01 mark.
FOR THE COMETS
- Senior Jalen Adams led all players with 28 points and 11 rebounds. He made 16-of-19 free throws.
- Junior Tracy Edmond was next with 21 points.
- Senior Eldridge Mason chipped-in 13 points.
FOR THE BRITONS
- Four starters reached double figures in the scoring column.
- Corey Wheeler led the way with 21 points.
- Quinton Armstrong finished with 17 points.
- Caden Ebeling and Jamezell Davis, Jr. had 13 and 12 points, respectively.
- Ebeling grabbed a team-best seven rebounds.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- With his 28 points, Adams now sits fifth on the single-season scoring list with 511 points.
