Olivet College’s Major-Kailing selected MIAA Special Teams Player of the Week
Olivet College freshman Brandon Major-Kailing has been selected the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Special Teams Player of the Week for football.

FREELAND, Mich. – Olivet College freshman Brandon Major-Kailing has been selected the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Special Teams Player of the Week for football.
In Saturday's 30-20 win at Kalamazoo College, Major-Kailing returned the opening kickoff 96 yards for the third-longest kickoff return in school history. It is also the ninth-longest return in MIAA history. For the season, Major-Kailing is averaging 35.0 yards on six kick returns.
The Comets (7-1, 4-1 MIAA) are on the road Saturday to play Alma College. Kick-off at Bahlke Field in Alma is scheduled for 1 p.m. With a win, Olivet would secure at least a share of second-place in the final MIAA standings.
