Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Nominations are now being accepted from alumni and friends of the college for selection and induction into The University of Olivet Athletic Hall of Fame.

Listed below are the categories for nominees and the criteria:

The University of Olivet (Olivet College) Student-Athlete

Must be a graduate (in good standing) of The University of Olivet (Olivet College) and will be eligible for nomination after a minimum of 10 years following the end of the nominee's athletic career.
Must have earned at minimum of two (2) letters in at least one sport or one (1) letter in two (2) sports of participation at The University of Olivet (Olivet College) .
Must have earned recognition for their athletic accolades. For example, Team's Most Valuable Player, All-American, All-Conference honors, etc.

The University of Olivet (Olivet College) Coach/Athletic Administrator

Must have served The University of Olivet (Olivet College) a minimum of three (3) years
May be selected one (1) year after leaving the College (in good standing).

Special Mention/Community Member

Must have served a sport(s) program or athletic department in an exceptional manner and need not be a graduate (alumnus) of The University of Olivet (Olivet College).
Nominee, if any employee, may be selected one (1) year after leaving the university (in good standing).

Team

Must have won at least one championship and/or received high national recognition. For example, won a conference, regional title, finished ranked in the nation or national championship.
Team would be eligible five (5) years following the championship year(s).

Who may nominate? Any alumni or friend of The University of Olivet (Olivet College) athletics. We do ask that you provide the selection committee with supporting information for your nominee.
